Abbey of Saint Sixtus of Westvleteren

In the small town of Rochefort, Belgium located approximately halfway between Brussels and Luxembourg is the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy-Rochefort. It is inside this abbey where “Trappist beer” is produced using water drawn from a well on site.
